About This Role

Job Discribtion：

A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include doing monthly inventory ,managing operation staff,overseeing dispatch . motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff. Also known as a store supervisor.

1. Salary : 5000-7000AED

2. Health insurance will be provided after intern;

3. 1-1.5day off weekly ,National holidays ;

4. Work location : Dubai

Job responsibility：

• Conduct radom and monthly inventory checking to ensure the actual stock is in compliance with ERP system.
• Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing report with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Conducting inbound&outbound effectively .(make sure store cargo in an tidy and right way, knowing how to conduct zone/partition management )
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.reporting store inventory status to GM and cpoy to sales manager.
• Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
• Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
• Respond to customer complaints and comments.
• Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
• initiate changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market.

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, 2 years of experience in warehouse management in the Fruit & Vegetable line,especially in the fresh food industry.

2. Possess strong data analysis and execution abilities;

3.Possess good English communication skills, language expression skills, as well as environmental adaptability and stress resistance;
