A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
Their duties include doing monthly inventory ,managing operation staff,overseeing dispatch . motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.

- Job responsibility:
- Conduct radom and monthly inventory checking to ensure the actual stock is in compliance with ERP system.
- Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing report with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Conducting inbound&outbound effectively .(make sure store cargo in an tidy and right way, knowing how to conduct zone/partition management )
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.reporting store inventory status to GM and cpoy to sales manager.
- Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent.
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
- Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
- Respond to customer complaints and comments.
- Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
- initiate changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market.
- Job requirements
- 1.
- College degree or above, 2 years of experience in warehouse management in the Fruit & Vegetable line,especially in the fresh food industry.
- 2.
- Possess strong data analysis and execution abilities;
- 3.Possess good English communication skills, language expression skills, as well as environmental adaptability and stress resistance;
