Role Description
- This position sits at the core of our operations—connecting sales, warehouse, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service excellence.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end sales order processing and coordination
- Efficient warehouse and inventory management (including 3rd party stock)
- Proactive customer communication on order status and deliveries
- Supplier coordination to ensure uninterrupted supply flow
- Inventory tracking, reporting, and order book management
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in operations, inventory, or order management
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally knowledge preferred)
