Role overview

Inventory operations

• Manage raw materials, finished conveyor belts, spare parts, accessories, and trading products.
• Accurately record goods receipts, production consumption, stock issues, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
• Verify physical stock, reconcile it with ERP or system records, and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum and reorder levels; coordinate with Purchase and Production to prevent shortages.
• Identify and report slow-moving, non-moving, dead, obsolete, damaged, and excess stock.
• Prepare stock ageing, inventory movement, reconciliation, and variance reports for management.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Dispatch, and Finance; work with Finance on inventory value and working capital impact.
• Maintain item codes, product specifications, stock locations, delivery points, and inventory master data.
• Apply inventory controls to reduce discrepancies, excess and dead stock, and stock-outs.

Candidate requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in inventory control, stores, warehouse, or material management.
• Manufacturing, engineering, rubber products, conveyor belt, or trading experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical ability, record-keeping, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate inventory records.

Pay

• Pay is SAR 1,800–2,200 per month.

• Work location is in person.
