The Role
We are looking for a hardworking and organized Warehouse Helper cum Delivery Assistant to join our distribution team.
In this dual-function role, you will play a vital part in our warehouse operations while assisting our delivery drivers in ensuring that our premium food products reach our HORECA and retail partners efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring items are organized correctly within the warehouse and delivery vehicles.
- Support delivery drivers during transit to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to hotels, restaurants, and cafes across Dubai.
- Handle all food products with care, strictly following HACCP standards to maintain product quality and temperature integrity.
- Assist in warehouse inventory organization, including picking, packing, and verifying stock levels.
- Ensure all delivery documentation, including invoices and delivery notes, are managed and signed accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse and inside delivery vehicles.
Requirements
- **Experience:** Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery assistant role, ideally within the FMCG or food distribution industry.
- **Language:** Good verbal and written English skills (required for reading orders, managing documentation, and team communication).
- **Physical Stamina:** Ability to handle physical tasks associated with warehouse operations and loading/unloading.
- **Reliability:** A punctual and dedicated work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility.
- **Professionalism:** Ability to represent our premium brand professionally when interacting with clients during deliveries.
- **Location:** Candidates must be based in or willing to work from International City, Dubai.
