Warehouse Executive

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement details.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against relevant documents.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, transfers, and dispatches.
• Assist in stock counting, reconciliation, and periodic inventory checks.
• Ensure materials are properly arranged, labelled, and stored.
• Coordinate with purchase, logistics, stores, and other departments.
• Update inventory data in Excel or relevant warehouse systems.
• Monitor pending deliveries and support timely dispatch operations.
• Follow company procedures for safe and organized warehouse operations.
• Prepare routine stock and warehouse activity reports.

Candidate Profile

• Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail with a responsible approach to stock handling.
• Ability to work in a team and manage routine operational tasks.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay

• Pay: ₹14,226.00 - ₹19,574.09 per month
