Job Summary
Manage warehouse activities, inventory, deliveries, transportation coordination, and logistics documentation.
The role requires coordination skills and the ability to manage daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch activities; verify incoming materials and delivery documents.
- Maintain inventory records, conduct stock checks, and monitor stock levels for replenishment.
- Coordinate loading and unloading, deliveries, transportation schedules, vehicle tracking, and delivery status updates.
- Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, and other logistics documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transport companies, drivers, and shipping agents.
- Ensure proper material storage, identification, and handling; report damaged, missing, or excess stock.
- Maintain warehouse records and filing systems; support procurement with quotations, purchase requests, and supplier follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and logistics reports; perform other assigned warehouse and logistics duties.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations; UAE experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Hindi, English, and Urdu are listed as preferred languages.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
