Warehouse Checker

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and inspect all incoming and outgoing shipments against delivery notes, invoices, and transfer documents.
• Check product quantities, quality, batch numbers, and expiry dates where applicable.
• Ensure goods are properly labeled and stored in designated warehouse locations.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, shortages, or excess items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Conduct routine stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth loading and unloading operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times.
• Assist in preparing reports related to inventory discrepancies and stock levels.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment.
• May require standing for long periods and handling inventory during inspections and stock counts.
• Flexible to weekends or overtime when required.
