Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods, inspect for damage, and verify deliveries against invoices and documentation.
• Sort, label, and store goods efficiently while optimizing warehouse space.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately according to instructions.
• Maintain stock records in the warehouse management system and respond to inventory or delivery enquiries.
• Complete receipt, transfer, and dispatch documentation accurately.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely under PPG guidelines and UAE regulations.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and a safe, organized working environment.

Qualifications and requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or stores environment.
• Comfort with inventory systems and basic data entry.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently during a shift.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
