Role Overview
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Admin Assistant to support our daily operations from our warehouse. You'll handle order preparation, customer care, accounting, and general admin — a varied role suited to someone who likes to stay busy and get things done.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch from the warehouse
- Coordinate with couriers and ensure timely fulfillment
- Handle customer care — responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and following up
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping (invoices, payments, expense tracking)
- Follow up with suppliers on pending orders and deliveries
- General admin tasks and documentation as needed
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as admin
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable doing multiple tasks
- Good written and spoken English
- Based in Dubai, available to work on-site
