Warehouse Associate

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, lift, and move carton boxes and stock within the warehouse.
• Arrange shelves and storage areas; organize stock to maximize storage space and maintain an efficient layout.
• Receive, sort, count, and inspect incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Perform stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Use computers for data entry, inventory updates, and order processing.
• Operate barcode scanners, label printers, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety; support other warehouse and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, email, and data entry, are mandatory.
• Must be physically capable of safely lifting, carrying, and moving carton boxes regularly.
• Must be willing to perform manual labor, warehouse rearrangement, and stock organization.
• Good numerical skills, attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions are required.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment experience is an advantage.
