Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse.
Support inventory management, stock organization, and a clean and safe work environment.
Order picking and packing
- Pick items from shelves according to order specifications and verify items against order forms.
- Pack products securely, use suitable packaging materials, and label packages with correct shipping details.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment when needed.
Inventory, safety, and shipping
- Scan and label products, update stock records, assist with stock checks, and report inventory discrepancies.
- Receive and unload shipments, verify them against purchase orders and invoices, and store stock in appropriate locations.
- Keep shelves and workspaces clean and organized; follow health, safety, and equipment regulations.
Teamwork
- Work with warehouse staff to meet daily picking and packing targets and communicate with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to work at a fast pace, and good communication and teamwork skills.
- WMS or barcode scanner familiarity is a plus.
- Able to lift and carry boxes and stand, bend, and move for long periods.
