Responsibilities

  • Safe operation of forklifts for moving, loading, and unloading materials.
  • Acting as a Parts Runner, requiring a valid BC driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Accurately sorting and picking parts according to work orders.
  • Organizing the warehouse to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
  • Assisting with shipping and receiving duties, including prep work and documentation.
  • General facility clean-up and maintenance as required.
  • Interfaces / Communications
  • Internal: Shop Supervisor or designate

  • Applicable computer training
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs consistently
  • Good communication with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or industrial environment preferred.
  • Valid BC Driver’s License (Mandatory).
  • Work hours:
  • Full-time: Monday-Friday, 7:00a.m. - 3:30p.m.
  • HSE / Quality Responsibilities and Duties
  • Immediately report any accident/incident and collaborate in its investigation.
  • Interrupt work when conditions are unsafe and report them to upper management.
  • Maintain orderly and clean work areas to prevent hazards.
  • Require, use, and maintain in good condition all safety equipment, work tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
