Warehouse Assistant
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant to manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials while maintaining proper inventory records and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials
- Store materials systematically for easy identification and access
- Maintain accurate inventory records (stock in/out)
- Issue materials as per company procedures
- Perform routine stock checks and report any discrepancies
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and proper arrangement of materials
- Label and organize items correctly
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams
- Follow safety standards and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Familiarity with MS Excel is an advantage
- Physically fit to handle materials
- Good communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
