Overview

• We are a 35-year-old mid-sized packaging manufacturer in Dubai operating with a lean structure and a team of 45 employees.
• Our company **(API PACKAGING INDUSTRIES LLC)** manufactures cling film, aluminium foil, cake boards, and baking paper, serving a strong network of local and regional customers.
• Our annual turnover is approximately AED 20 million.
• We have recently relocated to a new manufacturing facility, and the company has also undergone a change in ownership.
• The new management is committed to investing in the business, bringing in fresh talent, and building a more modern, professional management structure.
• This marks the beginning of a full revamp of the company, with a clear focus on operational improvement, stronger systems, better leadership, and long-term growth.
• In the meantime we need to hire some personnel for our factory starting with a **Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor**
• We are looking for a mature, hands-on and responsible person to manage the daily warehouse and logistics operations in our factory.
• The role includes:
• receiving and dispatching goods,
• controlling raw material stock,
• monitoring stock levels,
• and following up on pipeline orders to make sure production is never delayed.
• The person will also assist with daily voucher entries, production-related records, and coordination between warehouse, production and accounts.
• He will be responsible for:
• arranging deliveries,
• assigning delivery routes,
• supervising the two company drivers,
• and making sure goods are delivered properly and on time.
• The right candidate must be:
• strong, mature, organized and able to take responsibility.
• He should have good warehouse knowledge, basic computer skills,
• and the confidence to control people, stock and daily factory movements without needing constant supervision.
