Role overview

Pay

• The description states pay of AED 3,500 per month plus commissions.

Key requirements

• At least 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience is mandatory; candidates without it will not be considered.
• Experience in administration and telecalling coordination within a real estate company is required.
• Knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other listing portals is requested.
• Experience creating, uploading, and updating property listings is requested.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and data management is requested.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills and good knowledge of Word and Microsoft Office are requested.
• Good communication and coordination skills are requested.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Create and update property listings across various portals.
• Coordinate with agents for property details, photos, prices, and documents.
• Maintain accurate property data and listings.
• Update and manage the company CRM.
• Prepare basic reports and records using Excel.
• Handle administrative tasks and support the sales and management teams.

Workplace

• Work location is in person at the Dubai office.

Interview schedule

• Walk-in interviews are listed for September 22–28, 2026, Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Candidates are asked to bring an updated CV to the walk-in interview.
