Job Overview
Greha Pravesh Properties and Yoho Properties are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing real estate team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about property sales and leasing, with strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate sales and leasing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients
- Promote residential and commercial properties through various channels
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate deals and close sales/lease agreements
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
- Valid driving license (if applicable)
