Job Overview

Greha Pravesh Properties and Yoho Properties are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing real estate team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about property sales and leasing, with strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate sales and leasing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients
  • Promote residential and commercial properties through various channels
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Negotiate deals and close sales/lease agreements
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
  • Valid driving license (if applicable)
