Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused **Waitress/ Waiter** to join our service team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent dining service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized service area at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks promptly according to company service standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and respond politely to guest inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,600.00 per month
