Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waitress at Loop Restaurant & Lounge based in Dubai.
The Waitress will engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness and organization, collaborating with kitchen staff, and adhering to the health and safety guidelines of the restaurant.
A welcoming demeanor, excellent communication, and multitasking skills will be essential to excel in this role.
Qualifications
- Greet and assist guest in a warm and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations
- Serve orders efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish and/or Russian is considered an advantage given our diverse guest profile.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented with a professional attitude
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Candidates must be able to join within 30 days are preferred
