Waitress / Service Crew role at the employer's Dubai branch.
The role seeks a friendly, presentable, customer-focused team member.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally and courteously.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
- Provide excellent service throughout the dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth service.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply; previous waitress or food and beverage experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay
- AED 2,600–2,700 per month.
