Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house staff and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate table assignments and reservations.
- Assist servers during peak periods.
- Train new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling.
- Resolve guest complaints and maintain a clean dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food delivery.

- Food-safety practices, culinary terminology, basic mathematics, and familiarity with restaurant operations and food preparation.
Pay
- AED 2,000–2,200 per month.
