Role overview
Waitress role providing friendly, responsive service and an exceptional dining experience for restaurant guests.
Main duties
- Welcome guests and provide attentive service that supports guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Maintain food and beverage standards, service quality, and restaurant procedures.
- Prepare mise en place and side stations; keep service areas, cutlery, glassware, and utensils clean.
- Upsell food and beverages, explain menu items and specials, and address guest concerns during meals.
- Post sales, prepare bills, process payments and card charges, and return accurate change.
- Thank guests, invite them back, recognize regulars, and assist colleagues when needed.
- Replenish inventory through requisitions, secure inventory, and turn off equipment after service.
Role requirements
- Attend ongoing training and comply with company standards and procedures.
- Learn and describe the menu, specials, and menu changes proficiently.
- Be courteous, warm, efficient, and confident while serving guests.
- Be ready to assist colleagues and able to use Micros and its features.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 3,000–5,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
