Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Present the menu, answer customer questions, and make product recommendations.
• Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Prepare and clean dining tables before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with baristas, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Process orders through the POS system accurately.
• Monitor table service and ensure guests receive everything they need.
• Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Waitress, preferably in cafés or restaurants in **Qatar**.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• **Female candidates are required for this position.**
• **Candidates with previous experience in Qatar are preferred.**
