Position Overview

As a Waitress/Hostess at Como Lounge Cafe, you will be the heart and soul of our customer service team, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and valued. Your role is integral in maintaining our reputation as one of the best cafes in UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude, making them feel immediately at home.

Seating Guests: Efficiently manage reservations and walk-ins, guiding guests to their tables and ensuring they are comfortably seated.

Menu Presentation: Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of our offerings, and highlight daily specials with enthusiasm.

Order Accuracy: Take orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.

Customer Engagement: Check in with guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and enhance their dining experience.

Table Management: Keep tables clean and organized, promptly clearing dishes and resetting for the next guests.

Team Support: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service, assisting with any team needs.

Payment Handling: Process payments accurately, including cash, credit card, and digital transactions, ensuring guests' bills are correct.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a waitress or hostess role is preferred but not required.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
