Position objective

Key responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning the restaurant in the morning.
• Clean service utensils before each service.
• Help the captain waiter set up the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean appearance and high hygiene standards.
• Assist the captain waiter with mise en place preparation.
• Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
• Assist with placing food plates on guests’ tables.
• Change ashtrays and refill guests’ water glasses during service.
• Clear and clean tables after meals.
• Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
• Work under the captain waiter’s guidance and follow instructions.
