Role overview
Join the hospitality team as a customer-focused Waiter/Server and provide attentive dining experiences that support guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Record food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep tables, dining spaces, and service areas clean and properly arranged.
- Respond courteously to guest questions, comments, and concerns.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Prepare bills accurately and manage payments responsibly.
- Follow service procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of waiter/server experience in hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peak service periods.
- Knowledge of food, beverages, and service protocols.
- Presentable, dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team.
- Available for flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 3,000–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
