A key part of this role is confidently recommending menu items, promoting specials, and maximizing sales through effective upselling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests
- Present menu items and make tailored recommendations
- Apply upselling techniques to increase average check
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
