Job Summary
Kanka Restaurant is looking for a friendly and professional waitress to join our team.
The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and represent the restaurant in a positive and welcoming manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
- Present menus and suggest items when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress is preferred
- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong customer service skills

- المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الزبائن بطريقة لبقة وودية
- أخذ الطلبات بدقة وتقديم الطعام والمشروبات
- التأكد من نظافة وترتيب الطاولات بشكل دائم
- التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء باحترافية
- التنسيق مع فريق المطبخ لضمان سرعة وجودة الخدمة
- الحفاظ على النظافة العامة ومعايير الصحة
- تقديم قائمة الطعام واقتراح الأصناف عند الحاجة
- المتطلبات
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في نفس المجال
- مهارات تواصل جيدة (اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة، العربية ميزة إضافية)
- مظهر لائق وحسن التعامل
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط
