The Role

As a member of our Waiting Staff team, you will deliver outstanding service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams.
• Upsell menu items and promote hotel experiences where appropriate.

• Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
• Friendly, confident, and professional.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is desirable.
