Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Hotel

About This Role

We are hiring experienced Waiters / Waitresses to join a luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong customer service, fine dining, and hotel F&B experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in a luxury hotel restaurant
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Serve food and drinks following 5-star hotel service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests professionally
• Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and service presentation
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Follow hotel SOPs, UAE hygiene regulations, and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays

UAE Eligibility & Compliance

• Must be eligible to work in the UAE (employment visa provided or transferable)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a UAE Food Handler / Health Card
• Compliance with UAE Labour Law and luxury hotel grooming policies
