We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while also helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers in a professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly.
- Ensure customers have an excellent dining experience.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
- Keep the dining area, entrance, and service stations clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist with general front-of-house cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Refill condiments, napkins, and other service items.
- Help with opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other front-of-house duties as assigned by management.
