About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Provide warm, professional, and efficient table service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and attended to.
- Menu Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our menu, including ingredients, potential allergens, and daily specials to provide accurate recommendations.
- Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders and utilize the POS system for seamless communication with the kitchen and bar.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet our presentation and quality standards before they reach the table.
- Environment Maintenance: Assist with opening/closing duties, side work, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area throughout the shift.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Technical: Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, or similar).
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive, "can-do" attitude toward both guests and colleagues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to QAR2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
