Job Overview IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress in Doha to provide exceptional dining service in our hospitality establishments. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, table management, order taking, guest service, and hospitality operations .

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure table settings and dining areas are clean and organized
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Deliver excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and restaurant policies
Requirements
- Previous experience as Waiter, Waitress, or Food & Beverage Server
- Experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Immediate availability preferred
