We are currently seeking a Waiter/Waitress
to join our vibrant team.

As a
Waiter/Waitress (Turkish Speaker)
- , you bring a refined level of hospitality, a customer-centric approach, and a genuine passion for enhancing the dining experience to our vibrant Food & Beverage Team.
- Your commitment to creating memorable moments for our guests makes you a valuable asset to our team.
- Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
- Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
- Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
- Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved
- Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required
- ***Turkish Speaker is a plus***
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary package - AED 1,600 - 1,750 (depending on experience)
• Service Charge Average - AED 700
- Accommodation and transportation provided (Al Khail Gate)
- Duty meals provided
- Medical insurance provided
- Annual leave and biennial flight ticket as per company policy

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Fluent in both
- ***Turkish and English***
- (spoken) is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy service periods.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Candidates with experience assisting Turkish-speaking guests or familiarity with Turkish dining culture and hospitality standards will be highly preferred.
