• We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• As a Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all customers.

• Greet customers warmly and provide menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to company standards.
• Answer questions regarding the menu, making recommendations when appropriate.
• Handle special requests or dietary needs with attention to detail.
• Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set before and after service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Process payments and manage cash or credit transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a professional, polite, and positive attitude at all times.
• ***Qualifications:***
• Prior experience as a waitress or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant procedures.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
