About The Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused **Waiter or Waitress \| Cashier** to join our team.
In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks while maintaining high service standards.
- Operate the POS system and process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, cashier station, and service areas.
- Ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation when required.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter, cashier, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
