Key Responsibility -

• **Cash Handling**
• : Manage the till efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and providing customers with receipts.
• **Order Taking**
• : Take orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in recording their preferences.
• **Menu Knowledge**
• : Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, cooking methods, and special offerings.
• Be able to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
• **Customer Service**
• : Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• **Coordination**
• : Act as the liaison between the kitchen team, bar team and customers, communicating orders promptly and ensuring the timely delivery of food.
• **Quality Control**
• : Inspect food orders before serving to ensure they meet our quality standards and match the customers' requests.
• **Delivery Platforms Management**
• : Handle orders from delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Noon, and Talabat, ensuring accuracy in processing and timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications-

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a cash or casual dining environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and orders.
