• The F&B Waiter, in coordination with the Supervisor, is responsible for delivering courteous, professional, and efficient service while ensuring guest satisfaction in line with ME Dubai Standards.
• The role requires adaptability across various sub-departments and responsibilities, including performing opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and proactively anticipating guest needs.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential when interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.
• The ideal candidate demonstrates product knowledge, upselling abilities, and a commitment to high-quality service while minimizing wastage and supporting marketing and inventory activities.
• Punctuality, grooming, adherence to health and safety standards, and flexibility in responding to departmental needs are mandatory, as is alignment with ME’s brand values and participation in training sessions.
