Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload catering trucks and stage temporary kitchens, buffets, bars, tables, linens, and tableware according to event plans.
- Serve guests with passed hors d'oeuvres, buffet and food-station service, or synchronized plated courses.
- Anticipate guest needs, manage beverage requests, and communicate dietary restrictions, including allergies, to the on-site chef.
- Clear used glassware, plates, and trash throughout events to maintain clean service areas.
- Pack dishes, break down mobile equipment, restore the venue, and safely load catering vehicles.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 2,600 per month.
Experience
- Two years of waiter experience in the UAE is preferred.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
