Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Waiter / Runner to join our restaurant team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment.
The role involves serving food and beverages, assisting guests, supporting service operations, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hospitality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Support waiters and kitchen staff during busy service periods
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene procedures
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting for new guests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff
- Handle customer requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service is preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Basic English communication skills
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
