Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations.
• Take and communicate food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Check presentation, portion, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, service areas, and equipment.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and support efficient service flow.
• Process bills and payments when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams and assist during special events and busy periods.
• Follow company policies, service standards, food safety, hygiene, and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous waiter or server experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to take orders accurately and work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced service environment.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
