About This Role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to ensure a great dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Present menus and provide recommendations when needed
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit
  • Handle complaints or concerns politely and professionally
  • Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waiter is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good grooming and professional appearance
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
