• As a Waiter at Lion in the Sun Dubai, you will play a key role in delivering an extraordinary dining experience that reflects the opulence and exclusivity of our brand.
• You will be responsible for providing attentive and personalized service to our guests, ensuring that every detail of their visit is handled with care and precision.
• Your day to day
• Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing a personalized and attentive dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
• Serve dishes and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring that presentation and quality meet high standards.
• Engage with guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner, anticipating their needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens, to confidently answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing glassware, and resetting tables for the next service.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Who are you?
• Previous experience as a waiter in a high-end, luxury restaurant or hotel is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
• Ability to maintain high standards of service and presentation in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards in line with the luxury image of Billionaire Dubai.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
