About This Role
Required Waiter for a restaurant company operating in the United Arab Emirates.
Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
A professional waiter is required to provide excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality dining experience.
Duties:
- Welcome customers and present the menu.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
- Ability to understand and implement work plans set by management.
- Ability to explain the menu and food ingredients in a professional manner.
- Ability to upsell by explaining and promoting menu items.
Requirements:
- Well-groomed appearance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work ضمن a team and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Willingness to develop and improve skills.
