Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused **Male Waiter/Server & Cashier** with a **valid UAE employment visa** to join our Indo-Chinese restaurant team in Dubai Immediately.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling billing and cash transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
General Duties
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support team members during busy service periods.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/server, cashier, or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Basic mathematical and cash reconciliation skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- **Must hold a valid UAE employment visa with NOC (No Objection Certificate) or be eligible for visa transfer, if applicable.**
- Or, if you are hiring only candidates who already have legal work authorization:
- **Must possess a valid UAE employment visa and legal authorization to work in the UAE.**
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with popular Indo-Chinese dishes and ingredients.
- Ability to communicate in English and additional languages is an advantage.
