Waiter/Cashier

About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Waiter / Cashier for our restaurant Charlie Khans in Dubai Marina. As a vital part of our restaurant's operations, you will be responsible for handling various tasks to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast food service, and a strong understanding of our menue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Handling: Manage the till efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and providing customers with receipts.
• Order Taking: Take orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in recording their preferences.
• Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, cooking methods, and special offerings. Be able to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons warmly, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Coordination: Act as the liaison between the kitchen staff and customers, communicating orders promptly and ensuring timely delivery of food.
• Quality Control: Inspect food orders before serving to ensure they meet our quality standards and match the customers' requests.
• Delivery Platforms Management: Handle orders from delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Zomato, and Talabat, ensuring accuracy in processing and timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and orders.
