Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Cash Handling**: Manage the till efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and providing customers with receipts.
• **Order Taking**: Take orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in recording their preferences.
• **Menu Knowledge**: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, cooking methods, and special offerings. Be able to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
• **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons warmly, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• **Coordination**: Act as the liaison between the kitchen staff and customers, communicating orders promptly and ensuring timely delivery of food.
• **Quality Control**: Inspect food orders before serving to ensure they meet our quality standards and match the customers' requests.
• **Delivery Platforms Management**: Handle orders from delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Zomato, and Talabat, ensuring accuracy in processing and timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and orders.
