Role overview
The employer is seeking a friendly, energetic, customer-focused waiter/waitress for its F&B team.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests professionally and courteously.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
Requirements
- At least one year of F&B experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and excellent customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,500 to AED 1,800 per month.
