Role overview

Duties and responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus; accurately take orders based on customer preferences.
• Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards; explain menu items, ingredients, and specials and make recommendations.
• Set up tables, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with kitchen staff, chefs, and service colleagues.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints and support guest satisfaction.
• Present bills and process payments, handling cash or card transactions when required.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and restaurant cleanliness standards; recommend additional items to increase sales.

Pay

• AED 1,100–1,500 per month.

Work location

• Work is in person.
