Job Description: Waiter – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a courteous and service-oriented Waiter to join our hospitality team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and maintain high standards of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
- Process billing and payments when required
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurants, bars, or hospitality sector
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards
