Inbound Operations

  • Receive goods and match supplier documents with Alpha company records
  • Conduct quality checks and visual inspections, and document observations
  • Perform sorting, rearranging, palletizing, and labeling activities
  • Record received goods in the system
  • Execute put-away operations into designated storage locations

Outbound Operations

  • Process orders received from different factories
  • Perform picking, packing, wrapping, and labeling activities
  • Verify shipping documents and supervise loading operations
  • Follow up on shipment and delivery processes
  • Document operations and enter data into the system

Systems & Inventory

  • Use RF devices and Warehouse Monitor systems
  • Manage inventory accurately at bin/location level
  • Prepare for stock count activities and participate in them
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in performing administrative assistance tasks and managing documentation.
  • Solid analytical skills to evaluate and improve workflows and processes.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and an understanding of document handling.
  • Good organizational and multitasking capabilities to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Experience in warehouse or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software is advantageous.
