About This Role
Job Purpose
The main objective of a VTS Assistant is providing administrative support and covering administrative tasks of the VTS Center in order to support efficient record and process of all vessels voyages cycle in all ports.

Responsibilities
- Adheres to Near miss and Incident reporting Senyar system
- Input information into Ports Community System
- Record all data related to vessel movement, activities and requests
- Monthly reports Preparation for all ports
- Monthly utilization reports for all ports
- Efficient document management both electronically and in hard copy
- Proactive in enhancing efficiency of administrative needs and procedures Finance requirements (supporting documents / billing error / duplicates etc.)
- Adding, fixing and posting tariff on Marsa
- Review operational events in the system in each voyage and make sure that they are captured.
- Prepare attestation letters (NOC) - For all Ports
- Filing monthly basis for all Ports
- Scan & file all vessels’ documents
- Being Customer focused
- Preparing documents and ensuring adherence to the company document control
- Any task as reasonably directed by the line manager
Qualifications
- High School certification
- Knowledge in Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel, MS Word, ..)
- Written and Spoken English
- A minimum of 3 year as administrator
- Relevant experience in the field is preferred.
